- The job supervisor and operator must check the condition of parking space. - Make sure area is free from the obstruction and unwanted stuffs. - Ensure and validate the area is safe to unload material. - Check condition of the area to prevent unexpected movement of vehicle. - Entry will be done at the gate before entering the site. - Helper to be provided for controlling the traffic by signal. - The driver must place the wheel stopper as well as ensure hand break is locked - Continuous supervision to be provided. - Drivers must be trained and aware about the defensive driving practices. - All hazardous material must be clearly labelled to have proper identification and visibility. - Weight of the objects must be clearly visible - Emergency safety measures must be place if there is any hazardous material exists. |

- Proper Stacking of materials inside the vehicle as well as at storage area. - Do not over load. Ability to lift the material must be consider. - All necessary tools and equipment must be inspected. - All engage employees must be aware about the associate hazards and risk. - Workers should know about the material handling techniques and best practices. - The movement should evaluate the workers health condition and past health history before handling any heavy object. - Access to be Levelled & cleared from all unwanted materials from Vehicle to the stack yard. - Incompatible material must be properly segregated to prevent reaction. - All necessary welfare facilities should be available and ready to use. - During the summer high intense activities must be reschedule for the cold or safe time. - PPE’s Helmet, Shoes, Reflective Vest, Hand gloves, goggles to be provided for all those who are engaged on the work. - Continuous supervision to be provided. - Establish safe handling practices, guidelines and safety procedure. - Ensure the pathway and route are clear from debris and worker know that route. - All workers must be adequately trained for the job. - Safety Goggles to be given to avoid eye hazard. |
